A mathmatian

For a mathmatian there was the number system with only 10 diffrent symbols for absolutley every number in the system. Also, they created the decimal system so they can also be more specific with numbers. These things are all important to science and are long term because they are still used today.

An ordinary muslim

They would find all of the new music and recreational activities. Including chess and polo. One of the new cool things for the ordinary muslims was the zoos, because they get to see animals they never even heard of before. The zoo had a science impact, but the others not so much. The impact for them was long impact though because people still play chess, polo, and go to zoos.

Islam, Judism, and Christianity

The religions Judism, Islam, and Christianity may seem very diffrent, which they are but they are also very similar. For one, they all beleive in one supreme god. Also, they each have a holy book, and beleive in a brotherhood with people of the same faith. My last, is doing what is right like helping the poor and the ones who can't help themselves, which to me is very important.

Qur'an

The qur'an is the book the muslims use to teach Islam to the world, to keep spreading the religion. It's a primary source, because they are the exact words of Muhammad, but many people believe otherwise because since he could not read or write other people had to make it.

Life and Teachings of Muhammad

Muhammad lived a life growing up in many places. He started by living with nomads for about five years then when he came back to his tribe and mother, his mother soon died. So, he moved to his grandfather, but he too soon died and he stayed with his uncle. He became a merchant like his uncle. When he started the religion he tought in worshiping one god, studying the koran, and being kind to others.

Arabian Mountain Adaptation

People have been living in the mountains for thousands of years. In the 6th century many people lived in the Asir Mountains, the people there farmed on the steep slopes by making terraces. The farmers also made damns and irrigation syatems. Also, they collected rain water, leather bags, and hollowed-out trees. To fertilize the soil they probally used manure and ashes. Mountain life hasnt changed much since then.

Arabian Mountains Enviroment

The mountains divide the desert from the coastal plains. The mountains can rise between 1,000 to 12,000 feet tall. The mountains can get as much as 20 inches of rain each year. The mountains tempeture is mainly cool. Sometimes during winter frost can form.

Arabian Coastal Plain Adaptations

The costal plain ranges are great for farming when the dry desert is not. In the 6th century most of the people were farmers because of the fertile land. The people were also traders, because of their sea ports they could trade with many people like India and East Africa along with areas from the Red Sea and the Persian Gulf. With farming and trading, the Coastal Plains had very powerful kingdoms.

Arabian Coastal Plain Environment

The environment's air is damp and moist with rain fall regularly. It is between 5 and 40 miles inland and ends with many rocky cliffs. Also, the coastal plain's have some natural harbors.

Arabian Desert Adaptations

Many Arabs lived in villages or towns but some were Nomads, who traveled through the desert while raising sheep, goat, and camels. Today they're still nomads who still live the ways as their ancestors.

Arabian Desert Environment

A majority of the land is desert. Its very hot and dry and is also very harsh. can rise above 120 degrees fahrenheit. When rain comes it occurs of usually violent storms and flash floods.

Arabian Oasis Adaption

At first nomads went to them while traveling and some even stayed and became sedentary. Today, towns surround Oases and many of the towns became small trading centers.

India regrets air strikes against Libya

The Americans and the Europeans had together striked against Libya with missles and other military inventions. India says that they regret the occurance of the event that had just occured. They regret this because of the innocent civilans who were injured during the process and they hope for no more harm of innocent civilans again. India hopes that all of the other parties agree with to be against physical force. This was written in New Delhi on March 20th, 2011

India Presentation Wrap-Up's

India's great scientist's of the past conclude of yet great scientist's/mathmatian's who discovered plastic surgery and to be more specific nose jobs now a days, and also the knowing the phases of the moon, and the knowing of how eclipse's occour.

Another, is the great Geography which concludes monsoons which are big rain storms that the people practically woriship, great plains, sandy desserts, and climate that concludes of tropic and sub tropic.

The medical of ancient and now times presentations taught me about the "vedas" which are like the doctors, the men who invented surgery and nose jobs, and the plants used as remedys and medicine still used now for the same and diffrent reason's.

The last one I will review are the great structures and temples in India which most tend to be sacred in some way either being a shrine or a place to worship, one of the main structures is the Taj Mahal known for beinging one of the eight wonders of world and is made entirely of white marbel.
